The oldest wooden Masonic Lodge building in B.C.
Built in 1894 as a general store: “Green Bros.” The second story was added for the local Freemasons in 1897, at a cost of $1,200. Kaslo Lodge has met here monthly since then.
The iconic square and compasses wallpaper that adorns the Lodge room walls was purchased and installed in 1905, at a cost of $57.
